Directly in DSLR cameras: Any function

Most of us make the process of editing and retouch photos are only on the computer, but for those of you who do not really know Photoshop or Lightroom, DSLR camera photo editing capabilities are also provided by camera manufacturers. Although not as advanced picture processing capability Photoshop or Lightroom and is not recommended, in-camera photo editing features gives the advantage when we really do not have time to sit too long staring at photoshop. The results of the edited photos on a camera in it is stored separately in addition to the original photo, so meretouch photos on the camera is not at risk of damaging the original image.

Here are some of the functions of retouch and edit photos on the average DSLR cameras (for this article is based on the Nikon, but you can find features that are similar to other DSLR getting on camera though different names):

Distortion
Unless you wear an expensive premium lens type, chances are you will have the image distortion in it. Distortion can be seen faintly, but once we capture images of objects that have many elements of a straight line, would be very noticeable distortion (distortion makes straight line looks bent). By using the Distortion Control feature on the camera, the camera will minimize the appearance of distortions in an image.

Red-eye Removal
When using the default flash camera to photograph people in low-light conditions, it is likely to be the eyes of the evil eye (red eye - red eye). Red eye is caused by the reflected light flash in the retina of the eye. To remove red eye, use the Red-eye Red-eye correction or removal (depending on camera type):

Image Overlay
This function is more an effect than retouch, where the images are stacked one above the other pictures that looked like a multiple exposure function. This function is not very often used, as in the case example is shown below where the two images stacked produce a new image manipulation
.

Filter Effects
This feature makes us as if installing the front end of the lens filter, several filters available include:
  1. Skylight filter: removes most of the color blue.
  2. Warm-up filters: make a photo look warmer.
  3. Red filter: reinforce the impression of red
  4. Blue Filter
  5. Cross screen filter: create a light source has a glow like a star
  6. Soft: create a soft focus
Straighten
If you have a photo of the sloping horizon line, straighten feature can be used to straighten the horizon line up to ± 5%. Note that the more oblique images, the more the image to be cropped.

Perspective Control
If you take pictures of buildings or architecture and building in the photo to be tapered or inflate, use this feature.
